Microsoft Internet Explorer has been tested with this website. You must have Javascript turned on to view this page properly. Many files on this site require the Adobe Reader for viewing. You can download the Reader here.
The City of Newberry webpages have been coded by hand using a simple text editor. Each of the webpage design elements is an original work.
