This site saw life thanks to the vision of Newberry's City Commission and under the invaluable initiative of Former Comissioner and current State RepresentativeDebbie Boyd 10 2004.
A special thanks to Mr. Dallas Lee who updated this site in 2009 working as a college intern.

The site is best viewed with a Mozilla Firefoxr browser (version 3.0.11 or better) and with a screen resolution of at least 800 X 600 pixels or higher. Best viewed at 1024 x 768. You must have javascript enabled to view this site. Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari have been tested with this website. Many files on this site require the Adobe Reader for viewing. You can download the Reader here.
The City of Newberry webpages have been coded by hand using a simple text editor. Each of the webpage design elements is an original work.
